This is a national practice so the hire can sit in any market. This role involves providing strategic guidance and execution support to enhance financial processes, systems, and organizational design. The positions will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment within finance functions.

Job Function
- Lead and manage finance transformation projects for clients across industries, overseeing the process from scoping to execution and delivery.
- Establish strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on finance transformation strategies.
- Develop tailored transformation strategies addressing client-specific needs, including operating model design, process improvement, and technology integration.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ finance functions to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead change management initiatives, promoting the adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational models, and delivering training and communication plans to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance transformation consultants, fostering collaboration and professional growth, and collaborate with other CFGI teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Contribute to CFGI’s knowledge base through the development of methodologies and frameworks, presenting insights at industry events, and defining KPIs to track the success of transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, consulting, or finance leadership roles, preferably within a consulting firm.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
