What You’ll Do

Candidate Recruitment & Relationship Building

• Source, engage, and recruit top-tier candidates using multiple platforms and creative outreach strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, career goals, and alignment with client requirements.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to become a trusted career advisor.
  
  
  

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand WhiteCap Search’s reach.
• Strengthen partnerships with existing clients by providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Consult with clients to understand hiring needs, market challenges, and deliver top-quality talent.
  
  
  

Full Lifecycle Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from client engagement and job requisition to candidate placement.
• Negotiate and close offers, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates post-placement to build trust and loyalty.
  
  
  

Market Expertise & Strategic Insights

• Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
• Provide clients and candidates with valuable market intelligence to inform hiring and career decisions.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1-2 years of agency recruitment experience with a proven ability to manage a 360 desk.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in placing candidates in direct hire roles across various industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to engage both clients and candidates effectively.
• Location: Must reside within commuting distance to our Hoboken office for regular onsite collaboration.
