As a key member of our team at Whitecap Search, you will oversee clinic provider staff while maintaining your own patient panel.
- Oversight of Clinic Provider Staff: Work closely with clinic staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Patient Panel Management: Maintain your own patient panel and provide direct clinical care.
- Clinical and Administrative Responsibilities: Balance 70% clinical duties and 30% administrative tasks.
- Maintaining Consistency: Participate in meetings with medical leadership to promote consistency across the organization.
- Clinical Oversight and Improvement: Provide oversight for improvement and development of the organization and site.
- Patient Diagnosis and Treatment: Examine patients, diagnose conditions, and treat accordingly; consult with specialists as needed.
