- Perform NAV calculation and review, management and performance fees, expense review and management, and capital calls and distributions.
- Collaborate with the Legal team on fund setup and operation, with Product Specialists and Investor Relations on ongoing and ad-hoc analysis, and with Management Company Accounting on AUM, performance, fee reporting, and revenue recognition.
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly closing of the funds' books in collaboration with fund administrators.
- Prepare and review partners' capital statements, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare and review capital call and distribution calculations and notices.
- Review fund expenses for accuracy and coordinate accruals and payments.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
- 1-4 years fund accounting experience
- Experience in a Big 4 firm or similar caliber with Asset/Investment Management clients, or in house at a fund
- CPA preferred
