What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Associate - Financial Services position at WhiteCap Search?

A Queens-based Financial Services firm is currently looking for an HR Associate to start immediately! This role will offer exposure to a wide range of HR functions and will start as soon as January 6th!

Job Function

Maintain and update the HRIS database.
Support recruitment efforts.
Initiate request to hire/onboarding processes.
Manage onboarding and off boarding.
Work with the payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Administer health insurance, 401(k), disability, FMLA, and other benefit programs.
Conduct benefits orientations .

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
1 yrs of HR experience
