- Build and establish business controls for a new arm of the company's business to ultimately help them become compliant with SOC 1 requirements
- Work closely with business heads to spearhead the implementation of those controls across the organization
- Analyze large data sets and establish performance metrics for the business
- Approximately 3-6 years of internal controls focused experience within the financial services sector
- Self motivated mindset and interest in creating processes and procedures from scratch
- Strong technology acumen; ability and experience managing large date sets
