Global Advertising/Marketing Agency that loves to promote from within, is looking to add a Group Director of Accounting and Reporting to their team based in Fort Lauderdale. They offer medical, dental vision (all have multiple plans with employee contributions), employee stock purchase plan, 401(K) with match, and PTO! This role will report into the CFO. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.

- Directly managing 4 Finance Directors and indirectly managing their staff.
- Owning the month end and quarter end close process for multiple agencies.
- Maintaining proper controls to ensure SOX compliance.
- Being the main point of contact with internal and external audits and assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley testing.
- Assisting the CFO with improving policies, procedures and controls and applying best practices.
- Partner with internal clients to enforce financial policies and deliver best in class financial reporting and analysis.
- BS in Accounting and at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Work experience in Media or Advertising preferred but not required
- Experience working in a large global company or another shared service center is required.
- Strong supervisory experience is required.
- CPA a plus.
- Strong Excel skills are required- PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
- Knowledge of a large ERP system is required.
