Hybrid Payroll Associate - Marketing Agency

Global, Publicly Traded network of Advertising & Marketing Agencies is looking to add a Payroll Associate to their team. This junior role is expected to work 3 days a week from their beautiful office located on the water in Jersey City, NJ and will be reporting to the Payroll Manager.

Job Function

• Processing payroll for a specific portfolio of agencies.
• Entering employee information and payroll data into ADP.
• Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
• Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 years' experience in payroll.
• Knowledge of ADP Enterprise is preferred.
