- Prepare quarterly forecasts and manage results to meet budget targets.
- Analyze and manage P&L and balance sheet accounts.
- Build and own deep business partnerships across functions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and continuously improve financial process accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 10 years of finance or accounting experience; preferably in retail FP&A environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient in PowerPoint and Word
