- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for direct lending funds.
- Perform NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations for funds, ensuring accurate reporting of fund performance.
- Assist in preparing fund reports for investors, including performance reports, portfolio updates, and financial statements.
- Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
- Support investor inquiries related to fund performance and accounting matters.
- Track and report on interest accruals, fees, and other related investment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Approximately 2-6 years of experience in Big 4 or private equity fund accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (US GAAP or IFRS).
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
