Hybrid Senior Tax Manager

A prominent distressed debt investment firm is looking to hire a Tax Manager to their team because of growth of the fund. Great culture - smart people with lots of tenure / stability. They continue to grow so great long term growth potential

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.

Job Function

• Oversee partnership tax compliance.
• Coordinate w/ external Big 4 advisors and manage junior team members.
• Assist with tax planning and structuring for current and future funds.

Job Requirements

• 8 years of partnership tax experience, focused on investment firms.
• Strong management experience.
• CPA and/or MS in Taxation.
