- Collaborate with a well-established private practice, partnering with local hospitals and rehabilitation centers to deliver high-quality infectious disease care.
- Expect to rotate between multiple sites with a patient census of 20–35 per day; no more than two locations covered per day.
- Join a small, supportive team including the practice owner and a nurse practitioner.
- Clinical responsibilities will be approximately 95% infectious disease, with the remaining 5% covering traditional internal medicine.
- Monthly schedules are coordinated by the practice and shared among providers—flexibility is expected, including occasional weekend coverage.
- Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- NY State License Required.
- Previous experience in Infectious Disease preferred.
