- 8:30am - 5pm.
- Administers prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, IV) and records details, reporting any adverse reactions per policy.
- Educates patients and their families on surgical procedures and medical conditions.
- Records patients’ medical information, vital signs, and updates the EMR system.
- Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment, interpreting electronic displays.
- Diagnoses and treats medical conditions, administers minor procedures, and oversees patient progress.
- 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current New York State LPN.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- EMR Allscripts/Pyxis.
