- Day Shift.
- 8am -4pm/9am-5pm.
- Provide high-quality bariatric care in an office-based setting, with some inpatient responsibilities.
- Collaborate with a bariatric surgeon on pre-surgical evaluations and post-operative care for adult patients (18 ).
- Develop and manage treatment plans, including ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, and maintain compliance with billing and coding standards.
- Educate patients and the community on wellness, health, and obesity-related conditions.
- 1 year of experience in Bariatrics.
- Active Connecticut State License, DEA, and CSR (preferred, but not required).
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
- Will consider candidates with primary care or other office-based specialty experience working with bariatric patients.
