- Manage retail and commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as needed to address delays or issues.
- Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices, ensuring budget compliance.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Experience with big box retail, retail and commercial interiors projects is a MUST
- Ability to maintain project budgets, staffing, milestones and problem solve as needed
- Previous GC/CM experience in NYC, Long Island and the ability to work full-time in office
