Job Function

• Assist with appointment scheduling.
• Assisting consumers with their medical and public benefit appointments.
• Identifying issues and referral any issues to the daily living team.
• Assisting various teams with the development of off site recreation and skill building activities.
• Support Facilities Management in ensuring that codes are in check with vendors as it pertains to housing units.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of referral and tenant organization experience.
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• MS Office experience required.
