- Develop a strong understanding of data housed in relational databases, including information related to a range of loan and servicing types.
- Generate data-driven reports and models to support portfolio oversight, identify and quantify risks, create KPI scorecards, and build exception reporting to enable proactive management.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI to build workflows, create real-time monitoring dashboards, and improve risk management efficiency.
- Implement strategies to enhance key performance metrics, including liquidation timelines and financial returns, through various servicing activities like collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and asset recovery.
- Ensure the execution of high-performance, data-driven decision-making processes, with a focus on outcomes, measurable KPIs, and risk considerations.
- Manage oversight and risk assessment for collateral files by working with vendors and other external partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison for data-related interactions with third-party stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other counterparties.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements across servicing and portfolio management activities.
- 2-7 years of experience within the financial services or FinTech industries
- Experience with data analysis and modeling
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, MATLAB or Tableau
