- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for direct lending funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations for funds, providing essential data to report on fund performance.
- Assist in preparing and presenting detailed fund reports for investors, covering performance analysis, portfolio updates, and financial statements.
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries related to fund performance, financial reporting, and accounting matters.
- Track and report on interest accruals, fees, and other related investment activities, ensuring precise calculations and proper documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Approximately 2-6 years of experience in Big 4 or private equity fund accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (US GAAP or IFRS).
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
