What You'll Do
Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
- Leverage platforms such as our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top accounting and finance professionals.
- Deliver tailored solutions to match candidates' career aspirations with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and alignment with specific client requirements in accounting and finance roles.
- Foster meaningful connections with candidates and clients, generating referrals, gathering industry insights, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams—including sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and compliance—to support client and candidate needs.
- Guide candidates through interview preparation, constructive feedback, and long-term career development.
- Collaborate with a high-energy, goal-driven team committed to communication and shared success.
- Recruitment Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and financial services sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms to manage pipelines effectively.
- Location Requirement: Must reside within commuting distance to our Long Island office for regular in-office collaboration.
