Job Function

• Leverage platforms such as our internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and engage top accounting and finance professionals.
• Deliver tailored solutions to match candidates' career aspirations with client needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and alignment with specific client requirements in accounting and finance roles.
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams—including sales, HR, marketing, payroll, and compliance—to support client and candidate needs.
• Guide candidates through interview preparation, constructive feedback, and long-term career development.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience in agency recruitment, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms to manage pipelines effectively.
• Must reside within commuting distance to our Long Island office for regular in-office collaboration.
