SOX Associate - FinTech

A leading global Fintech firm is seeking a SOX Associate to support its SOX Compliance program. This role will focus on reviewing and revising documentation, assisting with risk and control assessments, and supporting various process improvement initiatives. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.

Job Function

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the company’s SOX compliance program.
• Review and revise SOX documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Document workflows to improve clarity and efficiency.
• Support and assist in the RCSA process, ensuring all controls are properly identified and evaluated.
• Collaborate on various projects aimed at enhancing compliance and operational efficiency.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• SOX compliance experience
