Sr. Fund Accountant - Private Equity Fund

Job Function

• Produce fund financial statements and other required financial information.
• Ensure the accuracy of distribution calculations and waterfall models.
• Prepare IRR and performance reporting models.
• Reconcile investments and positions.
• Manage cash and short-term borrowings.
• Prepare investor capital call/distribution notices.
• Track investor funded and unfunded commitments.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Private Equity accounting.
• Experience at a public firm (Big 4 or next tier), in-house fund, or a combination of both.
• Ability to work in-office at the Connecticut location.
