Technology Liaison

Our client is seeking a Technology Liason to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting the organization's technology infrastructure and contributing to its continued success. This is a temp to perm position! This role will be 4 days onsite.

Job Function

• Ensure all systems communicate effectively with each other, especially with the Property Management software, Rent Manager.
• Become proficient in the Rent Manager software.
• Leverage the Systems Support Team to develop customized property management reports, capture necessary data points, and send reports to leadership as needed.
• Optimize processes within systems, such as automating lease roll-outs, to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure employees receive proper training on system processes to meet operational goals.
• Address and manage all tickets sent to the Help Desk.
• Handle IT-related tasks, including onboarding/offboarding technology support, cell phone roll-out, reviewing third-party IT vendors, and acting as a liaison between the operations team and MSP.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a software/engineer development background.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and business insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure data solutions align with stakeholder goals.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business units to ensure seamless communication and mutual understanding.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
