Treasury Operations Analyst

A leading $6 billion investment manager in NYC is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst for its hybrid Operations/Accounting team. This role oversees key treasury functions, including cash management and wire transfers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Function

• Manage daily cash positions and optimize cash utilization.
• Forecast cash flows and implement effective cash management policies.
• Monitor and manage bank balances and transactions.
• Initiate, process, and reconcile domestic and international wire transfers.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all wire transactions.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance operations, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of cash management, trade processing, treasury functions, and accounting systems.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, Fedwire, FX transactions, and payment protocols.
