- Secondary trade support: Oversee all activities of trade and investment support as it relates to allocations, trade processing, settlement and other operational responsibilities
- Liquidity management: Monitor all cash positions and future funding requirements
- Valuation: Lead month-end valuation coordination with independent third-parties and dealers
- Primary investment support: Maintain a constant and complete understanding of the current primary pipeline of pending deals and manage priorities related allocations, sources of liquidity, and other critical pre-close information
- Funding and leverage: Oversee various credit facilities in regards to borrowing bases and borrowing requests
- Ad-hoc performance requests for specific investments, accounts, or strategies
- Reporting: Assist requests related to client reporting
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies through process reengineering or technological solutions and/or enhancements
- 8-15 years experience with Middle Office Operations experience working for a asset manager, administrator, hedge fund, investment advisor
- BA in business/finance or related discipline
- Prior experience with various products including broadly syndicated loans, bonds, BDCs, structured products, etc;
- Solid MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience with Bloomberg is required
- Any relevant background in automation, process improvement, OMS experience is a plus
