WhiteCap Search is seeking a dedicated Women's Healthcare Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Laborists and Midwives in a hospital-employed group setting.
- Work a varied shift schedule, including 7-8, 24-hour shifts per month.
- Start each 24-hour shift at 7:00 AM.
- Benefit from dual on-site coverage provided by MD/MD or MD/MW teams.
- Have access to a Surgical PA team for C-sections and utilize a designated suite at the hospital for rest during shifts.
- Work closely with Neonatologists and MFMs, taking advantage of the Level II NICU.
