What you’ll do: The Facility Maintenance Assistant ensures that all facilities are kept in good repair and working order. Under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance Manager, the Facility Maintenance Assistant performs preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, machinery, and grounds of LMCU Ballpark, GameTime Funpark, and other company-owned facilities - and have a lot of fun doing it.
What you need: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field of general repair, including a minimum of one year of experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical repair. Flexibility, since every day here is different. You’ll need a willingness to work a lot of nights, holidays and weekends. A willingness to jump in and help wherever help is needed.
