Job Title: Visiting Clubhouse Manager

Job Summary:
The Visiting Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the visiting team’s clubhouse, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment for players, coaches, and staff. This role involves handling laundry services, meal coordination, equipment organization, and providing necessary accommodations to the visiting team throughout each homestand. The Visiting Clubhouse Manager works closely with the Home Clubhouse Manager and reports to the Operations Manager to ensure that all visiting team needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Visiting Clubhouse Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized visiting clubhouse, locker room, and dugout areas.
- Ensure all visiting team uniforms, towels, and equipment are properly stored, cleaned, and distributed.
- Handle all laundry services, including washing and drying uniforms, towels, and other team apparel.
- Set up and break down the clubhouse before and after games, ensuring a welcoming and functional space for visiting teams.
Visiting Team Support
- Assist visiting players, coaches, and staff with any clubhouse-related needs.
- Ensure lockers and equipment are properly assigned and organized for incoming teams.
- Provide and manage meal service, coordinating with caterers to ensure timely and adequate food service for the visiting team.
- Handle special requests from visiting team personnel in a professional and timely manner.
Equipment & Inventory Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of visiting clubhouse supplies, including towels, beverages, snacks, and toiletries.
- Coordinate with the Home Clubhouse Manager to restock necessary items.
- Ensure all visiting team equipment and uniforms are properly handled and returned after each game.
Game Day & Travel Logistics
- Ensure the visiting clubhouse is fully prepared before each game.
- Assist with loading and unloading team equipment upon arrival and departure.
- Coordinate with visiting teams regarding any pre-game or post-game requests.
- Assist with any travel-related accommodations as needed by the visiting team.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Home Clubhouse Manager to ensure seamless clubhouse operations.
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to address any issues or concerns related to visiting team accommodations.
- Provide feedback on clubhouse conditions and suggest improvements when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in clubhouse operations, equipment management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with players, coaches, staff, and team personnel. Ability to speak Spanish is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- A passion for baseball and understanding of clubhouse culture is a plus.
