- Schedule :
- Shifts : 12-hour (7 AM 7 PM).
- Coverage Start : As soon as credentialed.
- Patient Load :
- Average ICU Patients Per Day : 9.
- Average Admissions Per Day : 3.
- Team Structure :
- APPs in Group : 10.
- Critical Care Physicians : 7 APPs.
- Supervision :
- Daytime attending present; remote after hours.
- No supervision of residents, fellows, or other healthcare providers required.
- Trauma Level : II.
- ICU Beds : 26 (shared with the trauma team, not capped).
- Procedures :
- Invasive ventilation (ETT / NT / Tracheostomy).
- Central line and arterial line insertion.
- ICP evaluation and management.
- Acute volume / BP management.
