Facility in Coal Center, PA seeking Family Medicine locums coverage Rates : 170 / hr Facility is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a full-time position starting in January 2025. The role is clinic-based, seeing a variety of patients of all ages in a freestanding healthcare center. The assignment is for four months, with the potential for extension beyond May 2025. Start Date :
January 13, 2025
End Date :
May 2, 2025 (Potential for extension)
Schedule :
Monday - Thursday : 8 am - 4 pm
Friday : 8 am - 3 pm
No Call
Up to 18 patients per day :
9 patients in the morning session
9 patients in the afternoon session
12 : 00 pm - 1 : 00 pm lunch break (30 min lunch and 30 min paperwork)
Setting :
Freestanding clinic
APP Mid-level coverage available from 8 am - 4 pm
EMR :
eClinical Works
Duties :
Wellness visits
Physicals
Well-child visits
Sick visits
ER follow-ups
Hospital follow-ups
Pre-op visits
Requirements :
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
ACLS / BLS Certified Required
DEA License Required
Pennsylvania License preferred, but will accept IMLC candidates
Experience : Will consider candidates just out of training
No call and no hospital rounds
Patient Demographics :
Adults : 89%
Pediatrics : 11%
