Ambulatory care physicians provide medical services to patients in outpatient settings, such as clinics or physician offices.
Provider Type: Physician
This is a NORMAL PRIORITY position.
We are currently recruiting for a permanent physician to join our team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Active IL License Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible within the last 12 months of completing residency.
- Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS.
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1 year.
Shift/Schedule Information:
- Mondays through Thursdays, 8am-5pm.
- The standard family medicine clinic shift involves seeing 15-18 patients per day.
- No procedures or call coverage are required.
Job Information:
- We are replacing a permanent provider who recently left and expect to extend coverage for several months or until a new permanent provider is hired.
- Support Staff includes a full-time NP and an additional MD who works part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- EMR System: EPICTime to credential: 45-60 days.
