Facility in Pontiac, IL seeking Hospitalist APP locums coverage Rates : $125 / hr Job Details :

  • Start Date : TBD
  • Shifts : 12-hour shifts, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
  • Estimated Shifts per Month : 7
  • Patient Load : 10-12 patients per day.
  • Coverage : Will work with onsite hospitalist for days and staff with on-call telehealth when they are ready. Night coverage includes a backup provider.
  • EMR / Charting : EPIC
  • Privileges : Full, temporary, and emergency privileges are available.

Requirements :

  • Board Status : Board Certified or Board Eligible.
  • License : Illinois state license required.
  • DEA : Required.
  • Certifications : ACLS and BLS required.
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • CSR License : Required.
  • Privileges Timeline : 90 days.
