Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiology Physician to join our team as a locum tenens provider in a critical access hospital setting. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing various types of surgery, including general surgical cases, obstetrical cases, and acute pain management procedures
- Working collaboratively with CRNAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Developing and implementing effective anesthesia plans to meet individual patient needs
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology (ABA) or equivalent experience
- Maine State Medical License or ability to obtain
- Current ACLS/BLS certification
