Rates and Compensation
The compensation package includes $2,500 per day with four hours of free time, followed by $350 per hour for additional work beyond the initial four hours.

• The facility has 220 beds.

Schedule and Availability

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday clinics operate from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Call shifts are 24 hours long (7 AM-7 AM), including Wednesdays and two weekends per month (Friday-Monday).
• Call backs occur 0-2 times per shift.
• Monthly call shifts average 7-10, with flexible clinic schedules.

• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology (ABOG) is mandatory.
• Active licensure in Utah is required (IMLC with LOQ acceptable).
• Basic life support (BLS) training or a willingness to obtain it is necessary.
• A DEA license is also required.
• Candidates must disclose their availability for shifts per month.
• Clean malpractice insurance with a maximum limit of $100,000 is acceptable with an explanation.
• National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) self-inquiry is mandatory.
• A clean background check is required.
• EMR training modules must be completed before starting work.
