Facility in Bridgeport, CT seeking Ob APP locums coverage Rates : $120 / hr Position Details

  • Specialty : Maternal Medicine
  • Requisition Start Date : March 1, 2025

  • Reason for Opening : Coverage
  • Schedule :
  • Flexible schedule with shift coverage needed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
  • Shifts :
  • Day : 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM.
  • Night : 3 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM.
  • Rotating days and nights required.
  • On-Call : No on-call responsibilities.
  • Patient Care Setting : Inpatient labor and delivery.

Requirements

  • Licensure : Active Connecticut license (Required).
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in maternal medicine or related specialty.
  • Preferred Certifications :
  • APRN / Nurse Midwife or PA licensure.
  • Experience with Epic EMR (Preferred).
  • Telehealth Experience : Not applicable.
  • Additional Considerations : Open to temp-to-hire candidates.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized care in maternal medicine within a labor and delivery setting.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Participate in shift rotations to ensure comprehensive patient care coverage.
