Facility in Williamsport, PA seeking PM&R locums coverage Rates : $250 / hr, $400 pager fee & $275 / hr night call back

  • Weekdays : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • Call : One week of night call per month, 4 : 30 PM - 8 : 00 AM
  • Setting : Inpatient Rehab

Duties :

  • Inpatient Rounding : Up to 20 patients per day
  • Admissions : 2-3 per day
  • Consults : 4-5 per day
  • Patient Population :
  • Neuro : 60% (brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury)
  • Trauma : 30%
  • Other (including orthopedic injuries, myopathies, cardiac patients) : 10%

    • Credentialing :

  • Days to Privilege : 60
  • Privileges Available : Full Privileges; Temp Privileges

    • Certification Requirements :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible : Required
  • State License : Pennsylvania (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
  • Certifications Required : BLS
  • DEA : Required

    • Additional Information :

  • Support Staff : Available
  • EMR / Charting : Cerner
  • Call Types : Telephone; Beeper
  • On-Call Details : Typically, no admissions during call, but night call coverage is required one week per month.
