Job Description
- Administrative Support & Data Management :
- Accurately enter and manage laboratory test results in ShowMe World Care , a specialized data surveillance database.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in manual data entry of laboratory reports.
- Issue Resolution & Coordination :
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in laboratory reports, particularly related to environmental conditions of child and adult blood lead levels.
- Contact healthcare providers via phone or email to gather missing or additional data.
- Request and track medical records from healthcare facilities.
- Report Processing & Documentation :
- Review, categorize, and properly file laboratory reports for further staff processing.
- Assist in the routing and dissemination of daily reports to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with laboratory data handling protocols.
