Key Responsibilities
- Conduct oneonone video calls to guide clients through DeFi build custom portfolios and ensure progress.
- Demonstrate deep familiarity with DeFi concepts like bridging perpetual contracts and burner wallets.
- Provide handson support troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Analyze client goals and risk tolerance to develop tailored investment strategies.
- Stay updated on DeFi trends protocols and market shifts to offer informed guidance.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to qualified clients earning commission alongside base compensation.
- Maintain strong client relationships ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in 12 group calls per month as a presenter or analyst sharing insights and discussing DeFi developments.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and improve client success strategies.
- Help scale operations by contributing to process improvements in client onboarding and portfolio management.
