Overview :
Were seeking a skilled Info / Functional Analyst to support our DC Government client in the implementation of the Summer EBT (SEBT) Program . This role requires a professional with strong experience in business process analysis system implementation and stakeholder engagement within public sector programs . The Functional Analyst will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of technology and operational processes within the SEBT program.
Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for the successful rollout of the SEBT program .
- Document functional specifications workflows and system requirements to support program implementation.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders IT teams and program managers to ensure accurate translation of requirements into system functionality.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to optimize operational processes and program delivery.
- Support data analysis system testing and reporting functions to ensure compliance with federal and local guidelines .
- Develop and deliver user training and process documentation for program staff and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational and systemrelated issues working closely with IT teams to resolve them effectively.
