Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant (Laboratory) to provide essential support in managing laboratory data and communications. This role involves working within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) assisting with data entry and verification coordinating reports and facilitating communication with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support & Data Management :
Accurately enter and manage laboratory test results in ShowMe World Care a specialized data surveillance database.
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in manual data entry of laboratory reports.
Issue Resolution & Coordination :
Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in laboratory reports particularly related to environmental conditions of child and adult blood lead levels.
Report Processing & Documentation :
Review categorize and properly file laboratory reports for further staff processing.
