Were seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our DC Government client in the implementation of the Summer EBT (SEBT) Program . This role will be responsible for leading the planning execution and delivery of the SEBT program across the District ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and local requirements . The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in government human services or largescale public assistance programs .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the endtoend implementation of the SEBT program ensuring alignment with federal regulations and local needs .
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams government agencies and stakeholders to enhance coordination and effectiveness.
- Oversee risk management issue resolution and change management strategies to address project challenges.
- Manage budgets reporting and compliance requirements ensuring all documentation aligns with contractual obligations .
- Provide regular project updates to DHS leadership tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and program success.
- Ensure effective technology and operational process integration into the programs execution.
