Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering field) with 5-7 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in a related field; or equivalent Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience with product development, sustaining product lines, and/or value engineering
- Preferred 5 years of experience working within the subsea Oil & Gas industry
- Able to deliver quality results with minimal oversight and direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others of diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to shift priorities as business pressures demand
- Proficient in MS Office Suite especially Excel
- Proficient in 3D CAD/CAE software (SolidWorks and Creo Preferred)
