REPORTING : A la Carte Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Make sure all beer coolers are stocked full at end of each day including all wines
  • Make sure glass chillers are filled
  • Develop daily featured drinks
  • Establish Happy Hour concepts to drive business from 4-7 each day

Cooperate and assist in deliverance of Weddings & Events as they relate to use of both Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant & Caf

  • on the Green Restaurant
  • Complete inventories of beverage, supplies periodically
  • Other tasks as required in the general operations and benefit of the Whiteface Club & Resort as they relate to the F&B operations

    • COMPENSATION

  • 15 - $20 / hour plus tips depending on experience
  • Tips as generated from operation a la carte bar and "Tip Out" from servers
  • Benefits : 50% off meal and family membership privileges

    • EXPERIENCE

  • Bartending experience will be given preference over no experience.
  • Hospitality experience helpful
  • Restaurant serving experience helpful

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to comfortably lift up to 25 lbs. to shelves above shoulders
  • Must have valid driver's license and no transportation issues
  • Friendly, outgoing and personable
