Position Title: Sales Professional / Business Development
Job Duties:
- Sell automobiles by understanding product features and assisting buyers
- Maintain rapport with customers, handle trade-ins, and respond to inquiries
- Demonstrate vehicle capabilities, take customers on test drives
- Close sales, negotiate pricing, explain warranties and financing options
- Make outbound calls to service and sales customers for follow-ups and referrals
- Maintain a clean showroom and professional appearance
- Adhere to company policies and sales processes
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Office is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Must complete Ford Motor Company annual sales certification
