Act as the "Face" of the Hotel . Working at the epicenter of Guest Resolution, responding to guest needs, requests, and issues, and ensure resolution to those issues to achieve optimal guest satisfaction. Responsible for facilitating the guest check-in process, completing daily tasks of the Front Desk / Concierge.
Essential Job Functions :
- Leading by example in providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
- Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of front of house staff members
- Mentoring staff members and communicating the importance of guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a high standard of guest service according to company operating procedures.
- Provide leadership to direct reports when dealing with escalated situations with guests.
