The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional patient service, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks within the medical office.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process medical collections and manage billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure efficient office operations.
