Laboratory Technician
Summary

Job Description
As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, assembly, and deployment of our drone defense technology. This is a hands-on position requiring strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with engineers to ensure our systems are built, tested, and delivered at the highest quality. You will be actively involved in troubleshooting, assembling, and preparing systems for field use, ensuring all components meet performance standards.

Onsite in San Luis Obispo, CA
Responsibilities
- Assemble, configure, and troubleshoot drone defense systems and related components
- Support engineering teams in building, testing, and refining product prototypes
- Prepare and maintain equipment for field deployment and product delivery
- Identify and resolve technical issues in hardware and system components
- Perform hands-on integration of mechanical, electrical, and RF subsystems
- Maintain organization of lab equipment and materials to support efficiency
- Offer solutions and improvements for product development processes
- Support various engineering initiatives with hands-on technical contributions
Skills & Experience
l Strong technical aptitude with experience in assembling and troubleshooting hardware systems
l Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or RF components
l Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving engineering needs
l Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to technical challenges
l Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
l Previous experience in a technical laboratory or engineering support role is a plus
