Banking and Financial Services Attorney (Payments)

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP is seeking a senior associate with 4 years of experience in the representation of financial institutions in connection with depository, payments, and cash management matters, including the preparation of deposit account and cash management documentation. Experience in the areas of federal and state data security and data breach laws preferred. Candidate must be able to juggle multiple matters/issues and be strategic and detail-oriented. Successful candidate must have superior academic credentials and be admitted to practice in New York.
