Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or related field is preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Hold a basic TCOLE license or higher
- Be of good moral character
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by law enforcement standards.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent report writing skills for documenting incidents accurately and comprehensively.
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively address disputes or altercations.
