Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. This role is a liaison for our customers and Whitesell account managers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction. If you excel in problem-solving, communication, and building lasting relationships, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between customers and account managers, including sales, production, and logistics.
  • Coordination of all domestic and overseas shipping activities to include freight set-up, shipping documentation, and billing.
  • Coordination of sample request documentation and new product flow support for customers and account managers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in ERP platform.
  • Complete Customer Compliance Requests (USMCA, ROHS, REACH).
  • Adhere to all Whitesell policies and procedures in order to maintain quality systems.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.
  • Ability to understand customer forecast and supply.
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
