Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. This role is a liaison for our customers and Whitesell account managers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between customers and account managers, including sales, production, and logistics.
- Coordination of all domestic and overseas shipping activities to include freight set-up, shipping documentation, and billing.
- Coordination of sample request documentation and new product flow support for customers and account managers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in ERP platform.
- Complete Customer Compliance Requests (USMCA, ROHS, REACH).
- Adhere to all Whitesell policies and procedures in order to maintain quality systems.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred.
- Ability to understand customer forecast and supply.
- Strong communication and mathematical skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
